Photographer Jamie Morgan and Ray Petri showed up at the office of The Face
with a black and white cover image of a 13 year old boy who had the eyes of a
gangster. This started the Buffalo movement and words cut out from newspapers
onto the clothes, though words like "killer". The magazine brought to
light the attitude that emerged from London’s post punk melting of cultures and
subcultures, blurring the lines between masculine and feminine. This happened
30 years ago and today Jamie Morgan and Barry Kamen pay homage to the Buffalo
movement by collaborating on the fall/winter collection of 2015, shooting a
series of images and a short film for “The spirit of Buffalo”. Shop the
